Terms of Use
What the service is
The service lets customers book appointments with businesses. The appointment itself is between you and the business.
Phone verification
Booking requires a verified phone number.
Cancellation policy
Each business sets its own cancellation policy, and it is shown before you book.
The business's rights
The business may refuse or cancel a booking, and may block a customer from booking online.
Waitlist
Waitlist messages do not guarantee an appointment. The first person to book gets the slot.
You can also book, cancel and reschedule with the bot on WhatsApp. An appointment is booked only after you confirm it in the chat.
- Messages go through Meta's WhatsApp, and using WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's terms
- Ticking "Get updates from the business on WhatsApp" when you book on the website is consent to WhatsApp updates from that business until you send "STOP" (or "עצור")
- Every business on the platform uses the same WhatsApp number. Sending "STOP" (or "עצור") stops WhatsApp updates from every business; updates continue by SMS
- Sending "START" (or "התחל") turns updates back on only for the business of the current conversation
- Alerts to business owners about their own business are separate, and "STOP" does not stop them
Acceptable use
- Do not provide false details
- Do not abuse the service's SMS and WhatsApp messages
Limitation of liability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for damage caused by an outage or fault in the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
